During Penn Mutual’s mainstage presentation on Thursday, Vice President of Advanced Sales Bill Bell will lead a panel discussion with nationally recognized estate planning attorney and business owner Chris Erblich, Esq., and nationally renowned estate planning attorneys Chris Erblich of Husch Blackwell and Todd Steinberg of Loeb and Loeb. As part of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the doubled transfer tax exemption since 2018 is set to expire in 2026. Bill, Chris and Todd will discuss what affluent clients are doing to maximize use of the increased exemption, the wealth transfer techniques to do so, and how life insurance can be incorporated as part of these plans.
