The meeting, led by Ed Barrett, delved into the 2023 Firm Results, revealing that the firm not only met but exceeded their Annuity and HTK GDC goals. A significant portion of the agenda was dedicated to recognizing the outstanding achievements of the Financial Professionals in 2023 – acknowledging top performers in Life, Investments, Policy Count, and Annuities. Special recognition was also extended to the Firm Leaders, Royal Blue qualifiers, HTK Summit and Peak qualifiers, and the eagerly awaited 2023 Award Winners, who will be officially honored at the upcoming Awards Luncheon in March.

The gathering had an exciting moment with the announcement that 1847Financial – Barrett* had been named a Top Place to Work in New Jersey for the sixth consecutive year! This accolade reflects the ongoing dedication and hard work of the entire team.

Emphasizing their commitment to community engagement, Ed Barrett showcased their philanthropic endeavors in 2023. Contributions included donating toys to the United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots and funds to both David’s Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation and New Jersey SOS Veterans Stakeholders Group.

Toward the conclusion of the meeting, Heather Nagengast, Head of 1847Financial, took the stage as a guest speaker. She provided a comprehensive update on the achievements of 1847Financial in 2023 and outlined the vision for the coming year. Engaging with transparency, Heather fielded questions from Financial Professionals and staff, fostering a collaborative and informative session.

In summary, the gathering was a testament to the collective achievements of 2023 and set the stage for the ambitious goals for 2024. The firm, under the leadership of Ed Barrett, continues to thrive, and its commitment to excellence, community, and collaboration remains unwavering.
